Got a chandelier or ceiling fan you need installed? I'm the person to call.  Fixtures and Ceiling fans need to be installed correctly to ensure the safety of everyone.  I ensure that the fixtures are mounted with the appropriate load supporting hardware to ensure long term safe operation.

 

SWITCHES & DIMMERS

The right dimmer can not only set the mood, but save you money.  Recently repainted a room?  Finish it with color coordinated outlets, switches and wall plates.  I am the person that can do that for you.  I use the highest quality switches and dimmers to ensure many years of problem free operation.

Realtor Services

With my wife being a realtor for 20 years, I understand the importance of a well-maintained home and its effect on a selling price. With guidance from the listing realtor and home-owner, I can make repairs to the home in preparation for marketing. And once the house is under contract, I also know and understand the importance of rapid responses to repair requests related to the Notice of Treatments, Repairs and Replacements process(TRR).
